Our Class Schedule

NO LIMITS, JUST POSSIBILITIES 

We kick off with stretching and communication, fostering flexibility and connection. Then, we move into a walk/run warm-up, embracing varied abilities. Our group weight section builds strength, followed by dynamic fitness stations for cardio and coordination. Finally, we wind down with yoga and positive affirmations.
